Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant because they require possession of the rental unit for personal use for at least one year. The Landlords intend to occupy the entire property with their family and convert it back to a single-family home.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective August 28, 2022. The Tenant must vacate the rental unit by this date. If not vacated, the Landlords may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for eviction enforcement starting August 29, 2022.
