What happened
Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after the Tenants failed to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective February 6, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlords $7,504.17 in rent arrears and application fees, plus $65.75 per day in compensation starting January 27, 2021 until they move out. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by February 6, 2021, they will owe interest starting February 7, 2021.
