What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to meet conditions specified in a previous order (SOL-24642-21) issued on January 5, 2022. The Tenants failed to pay the lawful monthly rent of $2,500.00 on or before January 20, 2022, as required by the previous order.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective February 27, 2022. Tenants must pay $9,415.07 plus $82.19 per day starting February 17, 2022, until they vacate the unit. If not paid by February 27, 2022, interest will accrue at 2.00% annually. The Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting February 28, 2022, if the unit is not vacated.
