What happened
Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. Tenant Mr. Ralph must pay $7,480.86 plus $60.82 per day starting October 2, 2021. The Tenants can void the eviction order by paying $18,686 on or before October 12, 2021.
