What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after the Tenant failed to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated and the Tenant must move out by August 3, 2021. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $24.95 per day for use of the unit from July 24, 2021 until the Tenant moves out. If the unit is not vacated by August 3, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement.
