The tenancy is terminated effective January 17, 2022. The Tenant must pay the Landlords $4,798.40 plus $31.23 per day from January 7, 2022 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by January 17, 2022, the Landlords can file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
