Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent as per the previous order issued on July 26, 2021.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective January 17, 2022. The Tenant must pay the Landlords $4,798.40 plus $31.23 per day from January 7, 2022 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by January 17, 2022, the Landlords can file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
