What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to persistent late payment of rent.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective March 31, 2020. The Tenants must vacate the rental unit by that date. The Tenants are ordered to pay the Landlords $175 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by March 24, 2020, they will owe interest at 3% annually on the outstanding balance starting March 25, 2020. If the unit is not vacated by March 31, 2020, the Landlords may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office for enforcement.
