What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to non-payment of rent. The Landlords served a valid Notice of Termination effective March 16, 2021 due to rent arrears from March 1, 2021 to July 31, 2021.

The ruling

The Tenants shall pay the Landlords $201.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount owing by September 22, 2021, they will start to owe simple interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
