What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must vacate the unit by July 5, 2021. The Tenant is ordered to pay the Landlord $2,741.73 in rent arrears and application costs, plus $12.20 per day in compensation for use of the unit starting June 25, 2021 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by July 5, 2021, interest will start accruing at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
