The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective June 30, 2023, based on the agreement between Landlord and Tenant. The Tenant must vacate the rental unit by this date. If the unit is not vacated, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) for eviction enforcement starting July 1, 2023.
