The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective June 30, 2021. The Tenant must vacate the unit by that date. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $32.88 per day for use of the unit from May 29, 2021 until the Tenant vacates. If the unit is not vacated by June 30, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
