What happened

The ruling

The tenancy will be terminated on February 29, 2024 unless the Tenant pays $4,168.00 by January 31, 2024 or $5,154.00 by February 29, 2024 to void the order. If the Tenant does not void the order, they must pay $2,418.00 to the Landlord. If the unit is not vacated by February 29, 2024, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
