The ruling

The previous order EAL-95820-21 is cancelled. The tenancy is terminated and the Tenants must vacate the unit by September 26, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $8,877.78 plus $39.45 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting September 16, 2021 until the date they move out. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by September 26, 2021, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
