What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant substantially interfering with the Landlords' reasonable enjoyment or lawful right, privilege or interest in the building where the Landlords reside. The Landlords alleged the Tenant assaulted the Landlord, damaged the Landlord's property, blocked the Tenant's front door, and had a storage pod on the property for more than 2 weeks.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must vacate the rental unit by February 4, 2023. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Landlords may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction.
