The parties consented to an order where the Tenant shall pay $3,066 in rent arrears and filing fee, with a payment schedule of $500 per month from November 2022 to April 2023, and $66 on May 1, 2023. The Tenant shall also pay new rent on time and in full until the arrears are paid. If the Tenant fails to make any payment, the Landlord may apply for termination and eviction.
