What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants because the Tenants failed to meet a condition specified in the mediated settlement issued by the Board on January 20, 2020 with respect to application CEL-90107-19. The application was resolved by order CEL-92587-20 issued on February 19, 2020. The Tenants moved for an order that the order be set aside, but their motion was denied and the stay of order CEL-92587-20 was lifted. The Landlord then requested a review of order CEL-92587-20-SA on the basis that he had not been informed of the hearing and was not reasonably able to participate.

The ruling

The Landlord's request for review of order CEL-92587-20-SA is withdrawn. The order is confirmed and remains unchanged. The interim order issued on October 1, 2020 is cancelled, and the stay of order CEL-92587-20-SA is lifted, with the effect that the stay of order CEL-92587-20 is also lifted immediately.
