What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant because the Landlord requires possession of the rental unit for the purpose of residential occupation. The parties agreed to terminate the tenancy on August 31, 2021 and signed a Form N11.

The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant is terminated as of August 31, 2021. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before August 31, 2021. If the unit is not vacated by September 1, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) for enforcement of the eviction.
