What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant voids the order by paying the specified amounts by the given deadlines. If the Tenant does not void the order, they must move out by February 28, 2023, and pay $7,639.14 plus $59.01 per day from October 25, 2022, until they vacate. The Tenant has one opportunity to file a motion to void the order after the deadline if they pay all amounts owing.
