The Tenant is ordered to pay $8,646.76 to the Landlord, which includes rent arrears and compensation up to January 31, 2021, less the rent deposit and interest owed on the deposit. The Tenant must also pay $186.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by October 30, 2021, they will owe simple interest at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
