What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant because the Tenant failed to meet a condition specified in the order issued by the Board on November 9, 2015 with respect to application TSL-66529-15. The condition was that if the Tenant installs another air conditioning unit at any point in the future, he must have it installed by a qualified, licensed tradesperson who is qualified in HVAC and is a licensed electrician.

The ruling

The tenancy between the Landlord and the Tenant is terminated. The Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before August 17, 2020. If the unit is not vacated on or before August 17, 2020, then starting August 18, 2020, the Landlord may file this order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced.
