What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The Tenant paid the rent owing before the hearing, but did not pay the application filing fee.

The ruling

The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $174.65 for the balance of the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by October 31, 2020, the Tenant will start to owe simple interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
