What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective August 9, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $13,108.87, which includes rent arrears up to July 29, 2021, less the rent deposit and interest owed on the deposit, plus $186 application fee and $35.34 per day in compensation starting July 30, 2021 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by August 9, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff for enforcement of the eviction. The Tenant can void the order and continue the tenancy by paying $14,436 by July 31, 2021 or $15,511 by August 9, 2021.
