The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective May 31, 2021. The Tenant must vacate the unit by that date and pay the Landlord $31.49 per day for use of the unit from May 8, 2021 until move-out, as well as the $190 application fee. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by May 31, 2021, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
