What happened

Landlord applied for an order terminating the tenancy of Tenant because Tenant's employment as a superintendent was terminated. Landlord also claimed compensation for each day the Tenant remained in the unit after the termination date.

The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $5,550.27, which includes rent arrears and the application fee. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by November 5, 2020, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance. The tenancy was terminated on January 31, 2020.
