What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to non-payment of rent. The application was filed after serving a valid Notice to End Tenancy Early for Non-payment of Rent (N4 Notice).

The ruling

The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $160.58 for the remaining cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by November 1, 2020, the Tenant will start to owe simple interest at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
