What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after the Tenant failed to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board on December 21, 2020 with respect to application CEL-94590-20.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must move out by August 28, 2021. The Tenant shall also pay the Landlord $64.85 per day for compensation for the use of the unit starting August 18, 2021 until the Tenant moves out.
