What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant due to the Tenant's or a guest's behavior that substantially interfered with the reasonable enjoyment or a lawful right, interest or privilege of the Landlord or another tenant. The Landlord served two N5 notices on the Tenant for incidents that occurred on June 30, 2020, July 15, 2020, and August 18, 2020.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective October 5, 2021. If the unit is not vacated by that date, the Tenant shall pay the Landlord $44.38 per day in compensation until the unit is vacated. The Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) to enforce the eviction starting October 6, 2021.
