The ruling

The parties agreed to resolve the matter. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $1,255.72 in rent arrears, with a payment plan of $50 per month from February 2023 to January 2025, and a final payment of $55.72 by February 2025. The Tenant shall also pay the full rent for February 2023 to February 2025 on the first of each month. If the Tenant fails to make any of the payments, the Landlord may apply for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenant, and for any new arrears.
