What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after the Tenants failed to meet a condition specified in a previous order issued by the Board.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective December 17, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $2,605.30, plus $28.31 per day starting November 1, 2021 until the Tenants move out. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by December 17, 2021, they will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
