The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective January 15, 2022. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $3,656.81, which includes rent arrears up to November 30, 2021 and costs related to the previous L1 application, less the rent deposit and interest owed on the deposit. The Tenant must also pay $30.82 per day for compensation for use of the unit starting December 1, 2021 until the Tenant vacates or is evicted.
