The ruling

The previous LTB order is cancelled. The tenancy is terminated effective September 28, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $4,630.72 plus $25.76 per day starting September 18, 2021 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by September 28, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
