What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective July 26, 2021. The Tenant must move out by that date. The Landlord owes the Tenant $548.61 for the rent deposit and interest, but the Landlord can offset $29.52 per day for compensation starting July 16, 2021 and $186 for the application fee. If the Tenant pays $1,021.52 by July 26, 2021, the eviction order will be void and the tenancy will continue.
