What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to failure to meet conditions specified in a previous order (HOL-11883-21) issued on December 3, 2021. The Tenants failed to pay $1500.00 rent on or before November 26, 2021, as required by the previous order.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective January 23, 2022. Tenants must pay $11,173.67 plus $49.32 per day starting January 13, 2022, until they vacate the unit. If not paid by January 23, 2022, interest will be charged at 2% annually. The Landlord may file for eviction with the Sheriff starting January 24, 2022, if the unit is not vacated.
