What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective August 31, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $1,302.66 plus $21.37 per day starting August 21, 2021 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by August 31, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
