What happened

Landlords applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to persistent late payment of rent.

The ruling

The Tenants shall pay the monthly rent on or before the first day of each month starting on September 1, 2021 and continuing through August 31, 2022. If the Tenants fail to make any one of the payments, the Landlords may apply to the Board for an order terminating the tenancy and evicting the Tenants. The Tenants shall also pay the Landlords $201.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount owing by August 21, 2021, they will start to owe interest at 2.00% annually on the balance outstanding.
