What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant because the Tenant failed to meet a condition specified in the order issued by the Board on October 9, 2020 with respect to application TNL-23550-20.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated and the Tenant must move out of the rental unit on or before January 31, 2021. If the unit is not vacated by January 31, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Court Enforcement Office (Sheriff) so that the eviction may be enforced on or after February 1, 2021.
