What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to the Landlord requiring possession of the rental unit for the purpose of residential occupation, and because the Tenants have been persistently late in paying their rent. The Landlord also claimed compensation for each day the Tenants remained in the unit after the termination date.

The ruling

The Landlord's request for a review was denied. The order issued on February 3, 2021, dismissing the Landlord's application, was confirmed and remains unchanged.
