What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless the Tenant pays $3,691 by August 31, 2022 to void the order and continue the tenancy. If the Tenant does not pay the amount, the Tenant must move out by August 31, 2022 and pay the Landlord $1,091.21, plus daily compensation of $29.92 from July 6, 2022 until the Tenant moves out.
