What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective February 13, 2022. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $1,416.10 in rent arrears and application fees, plus $25.78 per day in compensation for use of the unit starting February 3, 2022 until the Tenants move out. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by February 13, 2022, they will owe interest on the outstanding balance.
