What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to Tenant's failure to meet a condition specified in a previous order. Tenant filed a motion to set aside the eviction order.

The ruling

The Tenant's motion to set aside the eviction order is granted. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord's $324 Sheriff's filing fee in three installments by December 20, 2020. If the Tenant fails to make any one of the payments, the Landlord may apply to the Board to terminate the tenancy and evict the Tenant.
