The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $13,575.00 in rent arrears, $140.00 in NSF cheque administration charges, and $201.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by November 12, 2021, they will start owing interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
