What happened
Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to substantial interference with the reasonable enjoyment or lawful right, privilege or interest of the Landlord or another tenant, and wilful or negligent damage to the premises.
The ruling
The tenancy is terminated as of September 1, 2022. The Tenant shall pay the Landlord $5,933.84, which includes compensation for use of the unit, repair and replacement costs for damage, and the application filing fee. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by March 4, 2023, they will owe interest at 5% annually on the outstanding balance.
