What happened

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must vacate by February 07, 2023. The Tenant is ordered to pay $5,150.44 plus $22.19 per day from January 28, 2023, until move-out. If not paid by February 07, 2023, interest will accrue at 5% annually. The Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting February 08, 2023.
