What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant because the Tenant did not meet conditions specified in a previous LTB order. The Tenant failed to pay full rent on time and failed to pay the required amount towards arrears.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated, and the Tenant must vacate by February 07, 2023. The Tenant is ordered to pay $5,150.44 plus $22.19 per day from January 28, 2023, until move-out. If not paid by February 07, 2023, interest will accrue at 5% annually. The Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting February 08, 2023.
