What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenants due to non-payment of rent. Landlord served a valid N4 Notice, which Tenants did not void by paying arrears. Tenants were still in possession of the rental unit at the time of the hearing but did not attend.

Landlord may file for eviction enforcement starting February 13, 2023. The Landlord owes Tenants $992.52 after deducting arrears from rent deposit and interest, but may deduct $39.13 per day for unit use from January 5, 2023 until move-out.
