What happened

The ruling
The tenancy is terminated effective February 27, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $1,987.60, plus $43.57 per day starting February 17, 2021 until the Tenant vacates the unit. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by February 27, 2021, the Tenant will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance starting February 28, 2021. The Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction after February 28, 2021.
