The ruling

The tenancy is terminated unless Tenants void the order by paying $4,321.50 by November 20, 2022. If not voided, Tenants must vacate by November 20, 2022, and pay $1,341.14 plus $37.18 per day from October 12, 2022, until they move out. Tenants can file a motion to void the order if they pay the full amount owing plus additional rent before the Sheriff enforces eviction.
