What happened

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective September 5, 2021. The Tenants must pay the Landlord $6,381.56, plus $52.05 per day starting August 1, 2021 until they vacate the unit. If the full amount is not paid by September 5, 2021, the Tenants will owe interest at 2% annually on the outstanding balance.
