What happened

The tenancy is terminated effective November 28, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $10,497.71, which includes rent arrears up to November 17, 2021 and costs from the previous application, less the rent deposit and interest. The Tenant must also pay $37.66 per day for compensation for use of the unit from November 18, 2021 until the Tenant moves out.
