What happened

Landlord applied for an order requiring Tenants to pay the rent they owed. The application was filed after the Tenants failed to pay the full rent for the period from February 1, 2020 to February 29, 2020. The Landlord ceased being the Landlord on February 29, 2020.

The ruling

The Tenants shall pay the Landlord $776.50 for the rent owing up to February 29, 2020, and $190.00 for the cost of filing the application. If the Tenants do not pay the full amount by December 7, 2020, they will start owing interest at 2.00% annually on the outstanding balance.
