What happened

Landlord applied for an order to terminate the tenancy and evict Tenant due to failure to pay rent. The application was filed after the Tenant failed to meet certain conditions specified in a previous order issued by the Board.

The ruling

The tenancy is terminated effective September 26, 2021. The Tenant must pay the Landlord $2,640.55 in rent arrears and $9.17 per day in compensation for use of the unit starting September 16, 2021 until the Tenant vacates. If the Tenant does not pay the full amount by September 26, 2021, the Landlord may file the order with the Sheriff to enforce the eviction.
